1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and using the services of Aircond Service Pro Shah Alam, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Our Services

Aircond Service Pro Shah Alam provides residential and commercial air conditioning services, including:

  • Aircond chemical wash
  • Aircond repair and diagnostics
  • Aircond installation
  • Aircond gas top-up
  • Commercial maintenance contracts

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Published rates apply to covered service areas with no transport surcharge. Final pricing for installation and repair work is confirmed after assessment or diagnosis. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic check is charged at RM50. This fee is waived in full if you proceed with the recommended repair.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment so we can offer the slot to another customer.

6. Service Warranty

Our work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. Gas-leak repairs carry an additional 1-month gas-leak warranty. If a covered issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return to resolve it at no charge. Warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, third-party work, or normal wear of an ageing unit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aircond Service Pro Shah Alam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, beyond the value of the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and images, is the property of Aircond Service Pro Shah Alam and is protected by copyright law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page.
